Study the cards in front of you carefully. And now you have to tell your friends about what you saw.
You can convey your thoughts with a single word or even a sound that you associate with the picture on the card.
The course of the game
Each player must place one of their cards on the table that is as similar as possible to the phrase or phenomenon presented by the explainer.
And it is from this moment that the most interesting begins. Each player must try to guess which of all the cards is the first.
The result of the game and the number of points awarded to the guesser depends on how many guessers there will be. Points are awarded in a rather unusual way. The narrator only gets points if not all players have guessed his card, but only some.
Therefore, a balance must be struck between too direct an association and too vague.
If all players guessed the teller's card or none of them guessed it, then the teller does not get a point, and everyone else gets 2 points.
In all other cases, the narrator gets 3 points, and everyone who guessed correctly.
Each player, except the narrator, gets 1 point for each vote given to their card.
The peculiarity of the board game "Dixit / Dixit" is that you have to confuse at least one person, and if someone didn't guess, the victory is yours.
