1. Assign the switchman to someone who recently wanted to kill someone. Give him the switchman token.
2. Put the playing field in the center of the table. Rotate the field so that the side with the only path points to the switchman.

3. Divide the cards into three decks: a deck of good people, a deck of villains and a deck of secrets.
4. Shuffle each deck and place face down next to the board. Place the death tokens next to the board. Divide into two teams, you can not equally.
First, you take turns drawing cards. The command to the left of the switchman acts first, after it the command to the right.
The first player from the switchman takes the top three good-natured cards from the deck. He can see them, but he can't evenshow them to his team members. The opposing team does the same.
The second player from the switchman takes the top three villain cards from the deck. The opposing team does the same.

Now you play secret cards - they help justify or denigrate any character.

While the switchman is making a decision, convince him with any words and arguments to shoot down other people's characters, not yours.
The team whose characters die will receive death tokens. Whoever has the fewest death tokens by that point wins.
