"Taboo" is another verbal board game in which you have to explain the words,
But what makes it different from the rest? Firstly, not only single-root words fall under the taboo, but also five words,
with the help of which it is easy to guess the hidden word. For example: to explain the word "frog" without resorting to the same root,
as well as such words as: croak, jump, pond, tadpole and toad? The task has become more difficult, hasn't it?
Before the start of the game, the players are divided into two teams. During the course of their team,
players perform several actions in sequence:
They choose one of the team players who will explain the words, it is he who puts a stand with cards near him.
The opposing team chooses one of its players to follow the explanation of the word.
During the explanation, one-root words for the hidden word and five taboo words should not be used.
After the players are chosen, the hourglass is turned over and the explainer is given a minute to describe the words.
The more words the team manages to guess, the more points it gets. If during the explanation the player used
forbidden words, then the following player presses the squeaker, and the card is postponed.
Also, if the player cannot explain the given word, he can simply put the card aside and take on the next one.
The team that manages to score the most points wins․
